Refund policy
If you've made a mistake or changed your mind about a purchase, please inform us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Please note that this policy does not apply after we share the preview draft.
In case you request a refund after receiving the preview draft. A nominal artwork fee will be deducted based on the number of versions created for the order.
You may convert the 100% amount into a Pawsperky Gift Card code for future purchases.
Please note that after we forward the artwork of your order to the production stage, we cannot process any refund or covert amount into a Pawsperky Gift Card code.
Damages and issues
The nature of our products is custom and unique to your pet's personality. So we cannot offer exchanges, refunds after delivery, or accept returns, as we don't resell any of your pet's artwork.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please take clear photos or a video of the product, package, and shipping label within 3 business days of delivery and send them to us via email at support@pawsperky.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
You have the option to either receive a full refund or make a new one to you for free. We will cover the shipping expenses.
Refund Confirmation
You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
